Shipping Details
EMS Express are our default shipping methods. In some individual European countries, the package will be shipped out by UPS,4PX Express.
Once you submit an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please confirm your order information is correct, such as the shoes, the size, and also the city name and the zip code you left if they are matched. If you didn’t receive the order confirmation email, please go to have a check in your junk mail.
due to the peak season of this period, Once your order pays successfully, your order will be prepared within 2-3 working days. The tracking number will be sent to you within 4-5 working days, weekends will have a 1-2 working days delay. In this period, you can track your package by the tracking number. Due to the covid-19, the transportation flights have decreased. If you track that the shipping information just a label(DHL, FedEx and UPS), it means your package is queuing to be shipped out from the airport. Normally, the queuing time will be 5-7 working days. due to the peak season , the flight will have a 4-5 working days delay, then the queuing time will be over 10-15 working days, After your shipping information update, the transportation time will be 3-4 working days, which means you will receive your package within 3-4 working days.
If you come from Germany, the package will be transported by German DHL Express special line. You can click https://www.dhl.de/. and track your package. If you come from the most European countries like France, United Kingdom, or Italy, your package will be transported by the 4PX Worldwide Express special line. The tracking link is http://track.4px.com/.
Speak of the tariffs, generally, the declared price of the package is lower than the starting point for tariff collection in the local country. So you don’t need to pay tariffs. In some individual countries, if you need to pay tariffs when cannot declare a low declaration, please contact us

If it happens to be a holiday, there would be 2 or 3 working days delay in delivery.
The package will be returned if it is not picked up in working 10 Working days after arrival. Customers need to pay for the returning freight cost.
